All russell+hazel products are made in the U.S.A. by pre-qualified manufacturers and are quality checked three times: once during manufacture, again when they arrive in our warehouse, and finally as they are packed to ship. Our quality control methods are time-consuming and costly, but the details matter—to you and to us. If you receive a russell+hazel product that has defects or other problems, please contact us. |
